Safety & community rules

ChatSpark is for adults. These rules apply to everyone, and we act on reports.

1. 18+ only

   You must be at least 18 years old to use ChatSpark. If you are under 18, leave now.

2. Protect your privacy

   Never share your full name, address, school, workplace, phone number or social media with a stranger.

3. Be respectful

   No harassment, hate speech, threats or scams. No sexual content involving anyone under 18, ever.

4. No spam or bots

   Do not advertise, post repeated links, or use bots, scripts or other automated tools.

5. Skip and report

   You can skip anyone at any time. Use the Report button for anything that breaks these rules.

6. What happens next

   Reports are reviewed. Repeated reports lead to automatic temporary blocks, and serious cases to permanent blocks and reports to the authorities.
